Term:
In a mortgage "term" is the actual length of time for which the money is loaned.
Title:
The means of evidence by which the owner of land has lawful ownership therof.
Transfer:
To convey from one person to another.
Transfer Taxes:
Payment to the provincial government for transferring property from the seller to the buyer.

Urea Formaldehyde Foam Insulation is a isulation material once used to conserve energy by sealing crawl spaces, attics, etc.; UFFI is no longer used because emissions were found to be a health hazard. A general consensus now minimizes UFFI as a serious health concern, but try to be informed and do your own research.
Useful Life:
The period over which a structure or component may reasonably be expected to perform the function for which it was designed or intended.
