Bulk materials are collected separately at curbside, twice per year, once January - June and once July - December. Residents are required to call or go online and give 7 calendar days notice to receive the service. Collection occurs on regular garbage day. Have bulk materials out by 7:00 am on the morning of collection.

*Residents are encouraged to contact local charities for donation of reusable or gently used items.
You have two ways to schedule a bulk material pick-up:
If you have any issues scheduling this service on-line, bulk collections can also be scheduled through the City’s Bulk Collection Line at 519-759-0070.
Note: This program is available to multi-family complexes; however individual units will not receive individual collections. Residents will be required to coordinate with their property management or condominium committee to set a date and location for collections.
